１ Statutory Social Insurance Procedures

laws and regulations. There are four types of statutory social insurance for
workers in Japan. In principle, these
insurance policies apply to foreign workers, too. In some cases, though, there
are some exceptions or special treatments of foreigners. We take all
kinds of procedures for you in the best way.
- Submit the prescribed documents to government in case of each employment, each retirement, and other events relevant to statutory social insurance.
- Changes of the employee’s residence, name, and their dependents ( add or remove ). Reissue the insurance card in case of its loss.
- Apply to the government for the benefits of the social insurance and health insurance.
- Apply for special membership of workmen’s accident compensation insurance for the owner of the business
