Welcome to our website.
Recently, there has been a deep economic recession in the world and many companies have been trying to find a way to overcome these difficulties.
Of course, one idea is to reduce the size of the work force and reduce employment costs. It is actually happening all around the world. However, a labor shortage will soon be the biggest problem in Japan. To avoid that problem, the government and companies are trying to use seniors and women, but it will not be enough for the companies to compete in the world without increasing the work force from abroad in order to get excellent human resources.
Our mission is to help those companies that have workers from abroad or try and get workers from abroad and make the environment for such workers comfortable in order to increase their motivation.

Graduated from Meiji University with a degree in Industry and Marketing. After serving as a staff of HR department in several Japanese companies, established HOSHI Labor Consulting in 2009.
